Home thoughts

The rain brought a big gull flock into the school playing field. So far this Autumn there's just been a dozen or two black-headed gulls with a handful of large gulls, usually lesser black-backs, and cameos by the occasional common gull. Tonight there's 129 black-headed gulls dancing for worms with eighteen lesser black-backs and one each of common gull and herring gull. The seasons are definitely turning even during our Indian Summer.
